一、单位简介

浙江外国语学院坐落于中国历史文化名城、世界著名的风景游览胜地、素有“人间天堂”之誉的浙江省杭州市,是一所以区域国别学学科为引领,以外国语言文学学科为基础,多学科支撑发展的公立省属普通高校。

学校现有15个教学机构,36个本科专业。有英语、日语、阿拉伯语、土耳其语、越南语、西班牙语、法语、葡萄牙语等16个外语语种,7个国家级一流本科专业建设点及7个省级一流本科专业建设点。现有外国语言文学、区域国别学、中国语言文学、教育学、工商管理学、应用经济学等6个省一流学科;区域国别学一级学科硕士点,教育、翻译专业学位硕士点。学校现有教职工900余人,其中国家级人才10人,专任教师中副高级及以上专业技术职务占比40%以上,具有博士学位教师占比达70%。近年来省部级及以上科研立项数、科研成果获奖数大幅增加,高层次学术论文发表数不断攀升,特色新型智库建设成效显著。

Zhejiang International Studies University (ZISU) is a provincial public higher education institution located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province—a celebrated historical and cultural city of China, and a world-famous tourist destination often hailed as the City of Heaven. With Country and Region Studies as its flagship discipline, ZISU is grounded in Foreign Languages and Literature and bolstered by a robust ecosystem of interdisciplinary support for comprehensive development.

ZISU comprises 15 academic schools that offer 36 undergraduate programs, covering 16 foreign languages—English, Japanese, Spanish, French, Arabic, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Korean, German, Czech, Turkish, Polish, Vietnamese, Indonesian and Thai. It is proud to host 7 national-level and 7 provincial-level first-class undergraduate programs, as well as 6 provincial first-class disciplines: Foreign Languages and Literature, Country and Region Studies, Chinese Language and Literature, Education, Business Administration, and Applied Economics. It also offers postgraduate programs in Country and Region Studies, alongside professional master's degrees in Education and Translation.

Our community consists of over 900 faculty and staff members, including 10 nationally distinguished talents. Among its full-time faculty, more than 40% hold associate professor titles or higher, and over 70% possess doctoral degrees. In recent years, we have achieved a substantial growth in research projects funded at the provincial, ministerial and national levels, as well as many awards for research outputs. The publication of high-quality academic papers has risen steadily, and our distinctive new-type think tanks have delivered remarkable outcomes.

二、招聘基本条件

1. 具备良好的思想政治素质、师德师风、科学精神、职业道德和团队合作意识,符合“立德树人”的根本要求,热爱教育事业;

2. 具有较强的教学科研和社会服务能力,身心健康;

3. 急需引进的高层次人才、行业人才、短缺专业人才、业绩特别优秀的人才,学历学位、职称和年龄条件可适当放宽。

Basic Requirements

1. Candidates should demonstrate strong moral integrity, professional ethics for educators, a scientific mindset, professional conduct, and team spirit; align with the mission of fostering virtue through education and have a genuine passion for the cause of education.

2. Candidates should possess strong capabilities in teaching, research, and social service, and be in good physical and mental health.

3. For urgently needed high-level talents, industry experts, professionals in areas of national shortage, and candidates with exceptional academic achievements, the requirements for academic degree, professional title, and age may be relaxed on a case-by-case basis.

三、招聘人才类别、要求及相应待遇

学校常年面向海内外诚聘各类型及相当学术水平的人才,根据拟引进人员的教学科研水平,引进人才分为“西溪学者”杰出人才、领军人才、青年人才、教授/副教授、青年博士几个类别。受聘人员纳入事业单位编制管理,执行事业单位人事管理制度,享受国家及浙江省政策规定的事业单位工作人员各项待遇。符合条件的博士后出站人员可叠加享受地方博士后引才政策。

Categories, Qualifications and Remuneration Packages

We recruit global talents of diverse academic backgrounds and equivalent standing. Based on the candidates’ teaching and research competencies, recruited talents are categorized into the following tiers:

Xixi Scholar (Distinguished Talent)

Xixi Scholar (Leading Talent)

Xixi Scholar (Young Talent)

Professor/Associate Professor

Young Doctoral Graduates

Recruited talents will be enrolled in the public institution staffing system of China, and entitled to all the benefits stipulated by national and Zhejiang provincial policies for public institution employees. Eligible postdoctoral fellows who have completed their research programs may additionally enjoy local postdoctoral talent introduction policies.

“西溪学者”杰出人才B岗

国内外学界公认的杰出学者,已取得本学科的标志性研究成果,能胜任一级学科带头人岗位,达到国家级领军人才及相当水平。年龄原则上要求70周岁及以下。

1.提供具有竞争力的薪酬、购房安置费、科研启动费。

2.以“大师+团队”形式引进,享受团队成员引进自主权。

“西溪学者”领军人才A岗

取得本学科的代表性研究成果,能胜任二级学科负责人岗位,达到国家级青年人才、省级领军人才及相当水平。年龄原则上要求50周岁及以下。

1.根据人才类别,聘为特岗教授或特岗副教授;

2.提供具有竞争力的薪酬、购房安置费、科研启动费。

3.提供过渡住房或租房补贴。

4.协助申报各类引才项目和各项人才待遇。

“西溪学者”领军人才B岗

达到省级青年人才及相当水平。年龄原则上要求45周岁及以下。

“西溪学者”青年人才A/B岗

达到厅级人才及相当水平。年龄原则上要求40周岁及以下。

教授/副教授

具有博士学位和相应的专业技术职务,近年内有相应层次科研业绩成果和教书育人业绩。

1.根据引进人才层次提供购房安置费、安家费等支持政策。

2.提供过渡住房或租房补贴。

3.协助申报各类引才项目和各项人才待遇。

青年博士

国内外知名大学(研究机构)毕业,具有博士学位,科研业绩优秀,具有良好的培养潜质。

(Distinguished Talent, Tier A)

Internationally recognized academic luminary with research at the global forefront of the discipline; capable of leading transformative and breakthrough development of the discipline; academic standing equivalent to that of a Member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences/Engineering.

1.Customized remuneration package (negotiated on a one-to-one basis).

2.Recruited under the Talent + Research Team model, with full autonomy in recruiting team members.

Xixi Scholar 

(Distinguished Talent,Tier B)

Internationally renowned distinguished scholar with landmark research achievements in the discipline; qualified to serve as the leader of a first-level discipline; academic standing equivalent to that of national leading talents.

Age: Generally under 70 years old.

1.Competitive annual salary, housing settlement allowance, and research start-up funds.

2.Recruited under the Talent + Research Team model, with full autonomy in recruiting team members.

Xixi Scholar 

(Leading Talent, Tier A)

Holder of representative research achievements in the discipline; qualified to serve as the leader of a second-level discipline; academic standing equivalent to that of national young talents or provincial leading talents.

Age: Generally under 50 years old.

1.Appointed as Distinguished Professor or Distinguished Associate Professor based on academic caliber.

2.Competitive annual salary, housing settlement allowance, and research start-up funds.

3.Temporary accommodation or rental subsidy.

4.Dedicated support for applications to various talent recruitment programs and associated benefits.

Xixi Scholar 

(Leading Talent, Tier B)

Academic standing equivalent to that of provincial young talents.

Age: Generally under 45 years old.

Xixi Scholar 

(Young Talent, Tier A/B)

Academic standing equivalent to that of municipal/departmental-level talents.

Age: Generally under 40 years old.

Professor / Associate Professor

Holder of a doctoral degree and the corresponding professional academic title, with excellent research outputs and outstanding teaching performance.

1. Housing settlement allowance, settling-in allowance and other support policies tailored to talent tier.

2. Temporary accommodation or rental subsidy.

3. Dedicated support for applications to various talent recruitment programs and associated benefits.

Young Doctoral Graduate

Graduated from well-known domestic and international universities/research institutions with a doctoral degree; have excellent research achievements and demonstrated high potential for academic and research development.
